A名稱：

己內酰***caprolactam，己內酰***是ε-己內酰***的簡稱，分子式為C6H11NO，通過環己***-羥***合成（現在簡稱為肟法），簡稱CPL。

B外觀：

固態外觀為白色、片狀固體，無可見機械雜質；液態外觀為無色、透明液體，無可見機械雜質。

C形狀：

固態下為白色（片狀），液態為無色透明液體。

D特點：

己內酰***在液態為無色，在固態下為白色（片狀），手觸有潤滑感，并有特殊的氣味，具有吸濕性，易溶于水和苯等，受熱起聚合反應，遇火能燃燒。熔點68℃—69℃，760mmHg下沸點270℃，85℃下密度1010kg/m3。

E標志、包裝、貯存和運輸：

標志——工業用己內酰***應有下列標志：商標、生產廠名稱、廠址、標準號、產品名稱、生產日期、批號和凈含量等。

包裝——固體己內酰***采用雙層袋包裝。內袋為聚乙烯薄膜袋，熱合封合；外袋為聚乙烯三合一袋，按GB/T8947之規定選取，用機械縫紉封口，每袋凈含量（25±0.25）kg。

儲運——工業用己內酰***在運輸過程中應防止受潮、日曬，防止包裝袋破損。存于干燥、清潔庫房中，不得露天存放和受潮。隔絕熱源和火種，不可與易潮解物品、氧化劑、酸、堿物品共儲混運。搬運時輕裝輕卸，防止破壞包裝。符合條件的儲運條件下保質期為3個月。超過保質期可重新檢驗，檢驗結果符合本標準要求是產品仍可使用。

F用途：

主要用于生產聚酰***—6（尼龍6）。聚酰***-6可加工為：民用絲 可制作民用紡絲品，如衣物、裝飾物、地毯、毛毯等；工業絲 可制作輪胎簾子布、帆布、運輸帶、漁網、繩索、降落上等；工程塑料 可制作機械、汽車、電器、電子產品的零部件和元器件，工程用管、棒、板帶材等。

The melting point is 68 ℃ - 69 ℃, the boiling point is 270 ℃ at 760mmhg, and the density is 1010kg / m3 at 85 ℃.

Packaging - solid caprolactam is packed in double bags. The inner bag is polyethylene film bag, which is heat sealed; the outer bag is polyethylene three in one bag, selected according to GB / t8947, and sealed by mechanical sewing. The net content of each bag is (25 ± 0.25) kg.

Storage and transportation -- Industrial caprolactam should be protected from dampness and sunlight during transportation, and packaging bags should be prevented from damage. It shall be stored in dry and clean warehouse and shall not be stored in the open air or affected by damp. It should be isolated from heat source and fire, and should not be stored and transported together with deliquescent articles, oxidants, acids and alkalis. Handle with care to prevent damage to packaging. The shelf life is 3 months under the conditions of storage and transportation. The product can be retested after the shelf life. If the test results meet the requirements of this standard, the product can still be used.

F purpose:

It is mainly used to produce polyamide-6 (nylon 6). Polyamide-6 can be processed as follows: Civil silk can be used to make civil spinning products, such as clothing, ornaments, carpet, blanket, etc.; industrial yarn can be used to make tire cord fabric, canvas, transport belt, fishing net, rope, landing surface, etc.; engineering plastics can be used to make parts and components of machinery, automobile, electrical appliances, electronic products, engineering pipes, bars, plates and strips.
