二、熱塑性橡膠SEBS YH-502應用
1、YH-502SEBS的分子量中等，加工彈性較大、具有良好的透明性，適合于塑料改性、邵A20~40度的軟質彈性體、透明軟質玩具如果凍蠟燭、片材、根據熱熔膠粘度要求可與SIS配混生產熱熔膠、玻璃密封膠、部分塑料的改性、抗振材料等、部分用于改善其它牌號的加工性與力學性能平衡性，而用于共混材料。
三、熱塑性橡膠SEBS-YH502典型應用配方：
1、以YH-502與15#白油按1：10~15配比生產的果凍蠟膏體透明、無色、無味，燃燒時不流淌，無煙無毒，燃燒時間比一般蠟燭長3—4倍；不潮解，儲存期長，且可調香、調色，比傳統蠟燭更美觀。
2、YH-502生產熱熔膠時基礎配方與YH-501基本相同，生產的熱溶膠內聚力優于YH-501，但熔融粘度較高，通過增加填充油可改善熱熔膠的熔融粘度。
3、果凍蠟配方：
YH—502：8份，液體石蠟：5份，白油：87份，抗氧劑：1份
將上述原料加入反應釜中于180℃溫度下攪拌20分鐘即可，對于一些需要一定拉伸強度的邵氏A0度膠可將YH—502換成YH—503即可。如需提高硬度可視實際情況加入適當比例的YH—502、YH—503。

2、Application of thermoplastic rubber SEBS yh-502
1. Yh-502sebs has medium molecular weight, large processing elasticity and good transparency. It is suitable for plastic modification, soft elastomer with Shao A20 ~ 40 degrees and transparent soft toys. If candles and sheets are frozen, it can be mixed with SIS according to the viscosity requirements of hot melt adhesive to produce hot melt adhesive, glass sealing adhesive, modification of some plastics, anti vibration materials, etc Some of them are used to improve the balance between processability and mechanical properties of other brands, but they are used for blending materials.

3、 Typical application formula of thermoplastic rubber sebs-yh502:
1. The jelly wax paste produced with yh-502 and 15# white oil in the ratio of 1:10 ~ 15 is transparent, colorless and tasteless, does not flow during combustion, smokeless and non-toxic, and the combustion time is 3-4 times longer than that of ordinary candles; Non deliquescence, long storage period, adjustable fragrance and color matching, which is more beautiful than traditional candles.
2. When yh-502 produces hot melt adhesive, the basic formula is basically the same as yh-501. The cohesion of the hot melt adhesive produced is better than yh-501, but the melting viscosity is high. The melting viscosity of the hot melt adhesive can be improved by adding filling oil.
3. Jelly wax formula:
Yh-502: 8 parts, liquid paraffin: 5 parts, white oil: 87 parts, antioxidant: 1 part
Add the above raw materials into the reactor and stir at 180 ℃ for 20 minutes. For some shore A0 adhesive requiring certain tensile strength, yh-502 can be replaced with yh-503. If it is necessary to improve the hardness, add yh-502 and yh-503 in appropriate proportion according to the actual situation.
