二、熱塑性橡膠SEBS-YH533應用特點
YH-533分子量是線型SEBS中最高的,高填充下的力學性能優秀、與PP共混時形成的雙INP網絡完整,主要用于共混產品。YH—533有較好的力學性能和充油性能,YH-533主要用于共混彈性體的基礎材料,如各種包覆材料、密封條、抗振材料、道路標志油漆、其它彈性體的補強、塑料增韌改性等。YH-533在加工時可與大多數塑料共混,不同塑料對其最終制品的性能有不同的影響,如在YH-533共混材料中加入粉狀PPO時強化了苯乙烯與丁二烯的相分離,彈性體的耐溫性能、力學性能、剛性、表面的滑爽感明顯增強;在其中加入適量的α-甲基苯乙烯和丙烯***的共聚物時制品表面不粘。

Yh-533 has the highest molecular weight among linear SEBS, excellent mechanical properties under high filling and complete double InP network formed when blending with pp. it is mainly used for blending products. Yh-533 has good mechanical properties and oil filling performance. Yh-533 is mainly used as the basic material of blended elastomer, such as various coating materials, sealing strips, anti vibration materials, road sign paint, reinforcement of other elastomers, toughening and modification of plastics, etc. Yh-533 can be blended with most plastics during processing, and different plastics have different effects on the properties of its final products. For example, when powdered PPO is added to yh-533 blend, the phase separation of styrene and butadiene is strengthened, and the temperature resistance, mechanical properties, rigidity and surface smoothness of the elastomer are significantly enhanced; Add an appropriate amount of α- The copolymer of methylstyrene and propylene * * * does not stick to the surface of the product. |
